I am 5'4 and last time I weighed myself I was 112lbs (I need to buy some more scales, as this was a couple of weeks ago), I have cut down my calorie intake to about 1000 a day. I do quite a lot of crunches and squats to try and burn off the calories. I am finding it difficult to just keep to 500 calories or less, what do you reccommend?

if you’re 5’4 and 112 then that sounds like a perfect weight anyway :) just focus on what you want to look like rather than the scales only use the exercise to tone up even though im sure you dont need to, stay healthy cause eating less than 1000 a day won’t keep your metabolism going well x

thank you so much! and eat healthy food, cut out excess fats unhealthy food etc, go running, do squats (they burn loads of calories) and just exercise :)

ugh if i did i’d be a much happy person i can tell you that :/ i don’t think there is a specific way to target your weightloss just do exercises that focus on the legs and thighs, do streches, yoga, squats lunges a lot of running and yeah good luck :)

You're not sick you're just trying to make others suffer thinking they're not good enough looking at the photoshopped ridiculous posts you reblog. You're I'm this for yourself, not for others. It's just sad that you want other people to feel like you do.

by saying that the posts are photoshopped (i’ll argue that they’re not) you’re saying that people cant be skinny? well then tell me how its possible for me to walk around outside and see people who are that skinny? are they photoshopped too? i am not trying to make anybody feel bad, i think everybody and every bodyis beautiful but i am motivated to lose some weight and this blog is what keeps me motivated. And i dont think i’m the only one who is trying to eat healthier and lose weight so i’m not in this for myself, i’d like to think i help motivate others. I don’t encourage anybody to feel bad about themselves i am here to support and motivate. Do the girls on my blog look sad? because they’re not, i’m not, you my friend are the only sad person here, hiding behind a grey face and telling me that i’m not good enough because you think i’m telling people they’re not good enough. (which i’m NOT) a bit hypocritical don’t you think?

well if you’re not doing anything too energetic then i think its okay to not have much but i guess maybe you should try to have something light like fruit or yoghurt or something because i don’t think its good to just not eat anything :/ but dont force yourself to have too much because thats not good either, i’m not really sure but try and have something :)

dont be tired of trying. be tired of feeling shit about the way you look, be tired about of having to constantly worry about what you can wear without emphasizing your larger body parts, be tired of being stuck the same way, be tired of never being the skinny one, be tired of not feeling confident enough to run around in bikinis, be tired of having to setly for second best. dont be tired of trying because if you succeed you’ll never be tired of the results.

i think even though my bmi would make me underweight it all depends on different body shapes and sizes, i think that it depends on the individual and when im satisfied with my body i’ll stop. i dont rely on numbers theyre just a basis i use. i dont want to risk my health but i dont want to be restricted in a body im not comfortable in. <3
